SALON POLICIES
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Form Salon we pride ourselves on every guest leaving loving their hair. If you find your cut or color needs adjustment within the first week after your visit please let us know and your stylist will make accommodations as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We request at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If less than 24 hour notice is given, the guest will be charged 50% of the total service price. If guest cancels within the hour of the appointment time or does not show up for the scheduled appointment, 100% of the service price will be charged.
RETURN POLICY
For products purchased at Form Salon, we do not except returns. We will be happy to exchange for another product.
CHILDREN
Children are not allowed on the styling floor unless they are receiving a service. This is for their safety and the safety of our staff.
